PARK PLACE TOWER – 655 IRVING PARK – RENTAL PRICES & INVENTORY

655 W. Irving Park, known as Park Place Tower is the single most searched specific building address that brings people to my blog. Naturally, I should give people what they want right? That is an update! Here is an update on the rentals in the building that are available. If you remember a couple months ago, prices had increased in the building and inventory could barely stay available. Well, as all good things come to an end, so too, does rental hysteria. While the building is still in high demand, things have “calmed down” some. Here is a list of what is currently available in the building according to my MLS on October 26th.
