Who is Paul Blackburn?

Paul Blackburn is a Realtor with @ Properties and is based out of their Streeterville office. Paul’s passion for real estate started while he was in college leading him to start his own development company at the age of 18. His company started with small rehabs in his college town of DeKalb and went on to complete condo conversions and luxury home restorations throughout Chicago and it’s suburbs.

As a life long Chicagoan, Paul’s first hand knowledge of the Chicago market place coupled with his degree in Business Finance from Northern Illinois University make him a tremendous asset to buyers, sellers, or investors. Paul has been interviewed by Fox News Chicago and The Chicago Tribune regarding Chicago’s luxury sales and rental market.  He has also served as an expert witness in the Cook County Circuit Court regarding residential and commercial property values.

Paul prides himself on his exceptional knowledge of the market place and his ability to keep his clients comfortable and informed throughout the entire process of selling or buying a home. Paul works to provide unparalleled service to his clients because he is not interested in working with them for only one transaction. Instead he strives to become his clients Realtor for life. Whether they are buying their third home or renting a studio in the city, he is there to guide their way throughout the entire process.

Paul is a member of the Skowron Group of @properties, one of the cities highest producing teams. In addition to sales and leasing Paul trains and mentors new and experienced agents helping them expand their business in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Outside of real estate Paul enjoys traveling, particularly on Celebrity Cruises, trying new restaurants, cooking, wine, golf and bowling. Paul currently resides in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago.
