655 W. Irving Park, known as Park Place Tower is the single most searched specific building address that brings people to my blog. Naturally, I should give people what they want right? That is an update! Here is an update on the rentals in the building that are available. If you remember a couple months ago, prices had increased in the building and inventory could barely stay available. Well, as all good things come to an end, so too, does rental hysteria.
